VAIKUNTA in CHINTAMANI

Vaikunta Ekadasi"Vaikunta Ekadasi" was celebrated in Chintamani with most of the temples attracting hundreds of devotees.People of all ages thronged the temples from the dawn of this auspicious day and lined up to have the Darshan of their Lord with devotion. It is believed that the 'Lord Vishnu" gives the 'darshan' through the door at the north in the 'Vaikunta'on this day every year.Ofcourse, all other doors are open for the rest of the days for his beloved devotees.

The faith of people of Chintamani is truly amazing.
But,I for one do not want to go to heaven. It looks like heaven will have three divisions - a Christian, where we as asexual beings fly around with big wings; an Islamic where you are sourrounded by virgins who will remain so for ever and Hindu where you have to eat pakumpappu and hidakbele everyday. No, No I will not be able to stand it.

I want something beyond heaven.
